Interim dividend

Custodian REIT (LSE: CREI), the UK property investment company, confirms its proposed fourth quarterly interim dividend of 1.5 pence per share, to be paid on 30 June 2015 to shareholders on the register on 8 May 2015, will be designated as 1.287 pence per share property income distribution ("PID") and 0.213 pence per share non-PID.

This proposed interim dividend will achieve the target dividend of 5.25 pence per share for the financial year ended 31 March 2015. In the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Board intends to pay further quarterly dividends to achieve the target dividend of 6.25 pence per share for the financial year ending 31 March 2016 and in subsequent financial years.
