The Board of Directors at its One Hundred and Thirty-Fifth meeting held on 30th August 2013 resolved:
"THAT an interim dividend of MK240.4 million representing MK2.00 per share for the year 2013, be paid on Friday 25th October 2013 to shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 20th September 2013."
