Interest in Shares
The Board of Numis has received notification from Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (in administration), that, pursuant to the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), that it has disposed of its entire interest of 3,337,662 (3.12%) ordinary shares of the issued share capital of Numis.
The shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p each and the total number of shares in issue is 108,199,112 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Numis is 108,199,112.
