Livermore announces that on 17 March 2009 it was notified that the Bristol Investment Group S.A. has an interest in 12,377,638 shares, representing 4.239 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

The Bristol Investment Group S.A. acquired the above shares between 5 January 2009 and 17 March 2009 at an average price of £0.1246.
