Interest in Shares
The Board of Numis today received notification from BlackRock, Inc that, pursuant to the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), it is deemed interested in 5,403,133 (5.02%) ordinary shares of the issued share capital of Numis. BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited ultimately controls the total voting rights of this holding .
The shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p each and the total number of shares in issue is 107,555,594 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Numis is 107,555,594.
