LondonBranch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, asat, 23rd May 2006 Standard Life Investments disposed of 7,567 shares on behalfof Standard Life Group, this decreased the total held as a notifiable interest(including material and non-material interests) to 34,277,982 ordinary 1p sharesin the Company representing 13.997% of the issued share capital.
