Approval for granting intercompany loans by Societatea Energetica Electrica S.A. ("Electrica S.A.") in favor of the distribution subsidiaries in order to finance part of the 2018 CAPEX plan

During the meeting held on 7 March 2018, the Board of Directors of Electrica S.A. approved the granting by Electrica S.A. of intercompany loans in favour of the distribution subsidiaries up to a total amount of RON 520 million for financing the 2018 CAPEX plan and mandated the executive management to decide on the split of the total amount per each distribution subsidiary (SDEE Distributie Muntenia Nord S.A., SDEE Distributie Transilvania Sud S.A., SDEE Distributie Transilvania Nord S.A.), as needed.
