The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc is pleased to announce their intention to launch an offer for subscription of new Venture Shares (the "Offer") for subscription in the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 tax years.

 

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published in September.
