Intended Placing of New Ordinary Shares

INTENDED PLACING OF NEW ORDINARY SHARES

The Board of Vipera announces that it is considering a placing of up to 11,765,000 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 8.5p per Ordinary Share to raise approximately £1,000,000 (the "Proposed Placing"). The Board considers that this additional capital would provide additional working capital headroom in the Group's budget and enable it to better take advantage of opportunities which are becoming available. Should the Proposed Placing proceed, certain Directors intend to subscribe for up to 445,000 new Ordinary Shares on the same terms.
