Integration of Career Transition businesses

As previously announced, following the acquisition of Career Management Consultants Limited (CMC) in May 2012, CMC and Fairplace have undergone a reorganisation to bring these Career Transition businesses together.

As at 30 April 2013 the business of CMC was transferred into Fairplace Cedar Limited and Pelican 1234 Limited (formerly Career Management Consultants Limited) has ceased trading. The reorganisation project is nearing completion, with the operational support team being relocated to our Northwich office.

At a meeting of creditors of Pelican 1234 Limited (formerly Career Management Consultants Limited) today it was resolved to put this entity into liquidation.
