In the first phase of the agreement, Redknee provides Inmarsat with a newbilling functionality, which went live in November 2007, and is being offered tothe subscribers of Inmarsat's Satellite Phone Services (SPS). For the secondphase, Redknee is working with Inmarsat on a similar solution for the company'sBroadband Global Area Network (BGAN) service, the world's first mobilecommunications service to provide both voice and broadband data simultaneouslythrough a single, truly portable device on a global basis. This multi-milliondollar agreement, won after a competitive tender process, represents Redknee'sfirst entry into the global mobile satellite communications market.
