INM to Delist from NZ Stock Exchange

Dublin/London - 15 June 2012: Independent News & Media PLC ("INM" or "the Company") today announces that it will delist from the NZSX at market close on Friday 22nd June 2012. INM will continue to be listed on both the Dublin and London Stock Exchanges.
