22.11.2017 - Report 61/2017: Information on the website of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on lack of legal grounds for objection to intended indirect acquisition of Pioneer Pekao TFI S.A. shares by Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.

In reference to the current report No. 27/2017 dated 1st of June 2017, the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. hereby informs that today (i.e. 22nd of November 2017) it has received information about the publication on the website of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority ("KNF") of unanimous statement by the KNF at its meeting on 21st of November 2017, about lack of legal grounds for objection to the intention of the indirect purchase of the Pioneer Pekao Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. ("Pioneer Pekao TFI S.A.") shares by Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in the amount exceeding 50% of Pioneer Pekao TFI S.A. share capital and exceeding 50% of the total number of votes at the general meeting of Pioneer Pekao TFI S.A.
