Incubation of Stoneglass

Imperial Innovations Group plc15 March 2007 Imperial Innovations Group plc ("Imperial Innovations") Recycling Commercialisation Centre signs up glass recycling company Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO), the technology commercialisation andinvestment company, today announces that Stoneglass Building Products Limited("Stoneglass") has signed a contract to receive incubation services and supportfrom the Imperial Innovations Recycling Commercialisation Centre (the "Centre"),an incubation facility contracted to Imperial Innovations by WRAP (Waste &Resources Action Programme). Stoneglass is the second company to be selected forthe Recycling Commercialisation Centre, on the basis that it has the potentialto reduce waste to landfill and make a significant impact on glass recycling. Stoneglass offers worldwide licence opportunities to displace traditional claybased bricks, pavers, and brick cladding by using glass waste to developconstruction materials with an exceptionally high recycled content of 97%. Thecompany was chosen to be incubated by the Centre not only due to its robustintellectual property but also for its strong technical development teamoriginating from Staffordshire University. The Centre will assist in the development of Stoneglass and help to bring theirnew and innovative recycling technology to market by: - providing resources for technical testing and business planning - augmenting the existing management team - providing access to funds and investors - developing and exploiting product markets Susan Searle, CEO, Imperial Innovations, said, "Stoneglass is the second company we have signed up to the RecyclingCommercialisation Centre.
