Red Rock Resources plc12 February 2008 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC Increased Holding in Retail Star Limited Dated: 11 February 2008 Red Rock Resources plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company") the mineral exploration anddevelopment company focused on advancing iron ore, uranium and manganeseprojects in Australia and East Africa, announces that further to the sale ofOrion Exploration Pty Ltd to Retail Star Limited ("RSL"), as announced by theCompany on 7 August 2007, the government of Malawi has granted the transfer ofthe Chintheche uranium licence in Malawi to RSL from Red Rock. This propertycomprises an Exclusive Prospecting Licence ("EPL") covering an area of 210.8sqkm. This EPL was transferred pursuant to the agreement dated 26 July 2007between RSL and the Company, under which the Company agreed to sell its uraniuminterests to RSL. As a result of the transfer of the EPL, 30,000,000 CPerformance Shares in RSL held by the Company have been converted into30,000,000 new fully paid ordinary shares in RSL. The Company is now interested in 140,000,000 ordinary shares in RSL. Thisholding represents a 24.2% interest in the issued share capital of RSL.
