Increased Holding in Property Subsidiary

Sigma Capital Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has increased its holding in its property subsidiary, Strategic Investment Management Holdings Ltd ("SiMH"), from 62.1% to 100%, through the purchase of the remaining minority holdings in SiMH, including the 4.19% SiMH holding of Graham Barnet, Chief Executive of the Company.
