Notification of increase in ownership in the authorized share capital ofOJSC Kuban Trunk Grids
Moscow, October 12, 2018 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company"; Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies, and the operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), as a result of completion of the consolidation of shares of Open Joint Stock Company Kuban Trunk Grids ("KTG") in accordance with Article 84.8 of Federal Law No. 208-FZ "On Joint Stock Companies" dated December 26, 1995, increased Its stake (voting shares) in KTG from 97.64% to 100%.
The transfer of the shares in the aforementioned company to the Federal Grid Company's custodian account in the depositary took place on October 11, 2018.
