Notification of increase in ownership in the authorised share capital of

OJSC Tomsk Trunk Grids

Moscow, 1 February 2019 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company" or "the Company"; Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of the PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies and the operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), as a result of completion of the consolidation of shares of Open Joint Stock Company Tomsk Trunk Grids in accordance with Article 84.8 of Federal Law No. 208-FZ on Joint Stock Companies dated 26 December 1995, increased its stake from 87.16% (ownership of ordinary voting shares: 96.18%) to 90.48% (ownership of ordinary voting shares: 100.00%).

The transfer of the voting shares in the aforementioned companies to the Federal Grid Company's depositary custodian account took place on 1 February 2019.
