Increase in Company's credit rating
The Company (LSE: BCRE) announces that Midroog, a credit rating agency accredited by Israel and a subsidiary of Moody's Investors Service Inc. ("Moody's"), has increased the rating of the two bonds series issued by the Company (series A and series B) from ilA3/stable to ilA2/stable, on a local Israeli scale. Furthermore Midroog has provided this rating for any issue of new bonds series of up to €45M. This will enable the Company to issue up to a further €45M par value of bonds with a rating of ilA2/stable, should the board deem any such issue beneficial to the Company. There is no obligation to issue bonds now or in the future.
