Incorrect Substantial Holder Notice
Specialty metals exploration and development company, Wolf Minerals Limited (ASX: WLF, AIM: WLFE) ("Wolf" or "the Company") hereby advises an incorrect substantial holder notice was lodged today by BlackRock Group on the ASX.
The shares recorded as issued to BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd on 2 May 2014 have not been made and are subject to shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 13 May 2014 as part of the Fundraise. The BlackRock Group is not expected to become a substantial holder in the Company as a result of the Fundraise.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings given to them in the announcement released by the Company on 18 March 2014.
