LENTA ANNOUNCES INCLUSION OF GDRs INTOFIRST (PRIMARY) QUOTATION LIST OF THE MOSCOW EXCHANGE

Lenta Ltd. ("Lenta" or the "Company") announces that as of June 11, 2014, its global depositary receipts ("GDRs"), which represent ordinary shares, will be included into the first (primary) quotation list maintained by Closed Joint-Stock Company "MICEX Stock Exchange" ("MICEX"), a part of the Moscow Exchange Group. GDRs (ISIN: US52634T2006) were admitted to trading on the Moscow Exchange in March 2014 following the admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
