Inclusion in FTSE 250 Index from 21 March 2016

LONDON (3 March 2016) - Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS, "Paysafe" or the "Group"), a leading global provider of payment solutions, is pleased to announce that Paysafe will be included as a constituent in the FTSE 250 Index later this month.

The inclusion, announced by FTSE Russell yesterday, will take effect from the start of trading on Monday, 21 March 2016. This follows Paysafe's admission to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange on 23 December 2015.
