These incentive options will besplit amongst key personnel working on the Munali Project in Zambia. The optionswill be subject to vesting conditions that include a minimum period of serviceand the achievement of milestones relating to the Project. No directors will beparticipating in the issue of the incentive options. The Albidon Board has approved the issue of these options subject to shareholderapproval, and a meeting of shareholders will be convened as soon as practicable.The Company's share price on the date of Board approval (16 June 2006) was$1.00. The weighted average price for Company's shares trading on the AustralianStock Exchange through June 2006 was $1.05.
