The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Funds (the “Shareholders”) that the Board of Directors has resolved to amend the names of the Sub-Funds on 14 May 2025 (the “Effective Date”).
Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”) unless the context otherwise requires.
As of the Effective Date, the Board of Directors has resolved to amend the names of the Sub-Funds as set out below:

Furthermore, each Sub-Fund’s investment objective, risk profile and fees remain unchanged. Each Sub-Fund will continue to be subject to the disclosure requirements of a financial product under Article 8(1) of SFDR.
General InformationCopies of the revised Prospectus and the key investor information document of each Sub-Fund reflecting the aforementioned changes will be made available on the website of the Company (www.Xtrackers.com) on or around the Effective Date, and copies thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available.
