Implementation and Licence Agreement

Arria NLG plc (AIM: NLG), a leader in the development and deployment of Natural Language Generation ("NLG"), announces that it has successfully converted another initial proof of concept into two pilot applications which, on successful completion, will be deployed in the client's live environment for operational acceptance. The proof of concept was announced on 13 May 2015 with the UK arm of a global financial services group.

Under the new agreement, Arria will initially implement and deploy two applications into the chosen divisions of the client's UK business and parts of its international business for wider operational testing and user acceptance. Once accepted the applications are expected to be made available to the whole business for use in the client's live environment, where staff will access and use instances of the applications both on and off client premises. Configuration fees payable for this deployment stage will be followed by annual licensing fees upon final acceptance by the client.
