IGJ Claim Against GC Domino

GC Dominio S.A. - Authorities Registration

On 30 August 2012, Grupo Clarín S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that one of the Company's shareholders, GC Dominio S.A. ("GC Dominio") had informed the Company that it had been served notice of an order issued by the National First Instance Court on Commercial Matters No. 25, Secretariat 49 in re "Inspección General de Justicia c/ GC Dominio S.A. s/ ordinario", file No. 58652 (referred to in the Company's note published on 15 August 2012), whereby that court granted an injunction requested by the Argentine Inspección General de Justicia (the Argentine Superintendency of Legal Entities, or "IGJ" for its Spanish acronym), pursuant to which GC Dominio must record the existence of the litigation on its Shareholders Ledger (Libro de Registro de Acciones).

The legal advisors of GC Dominio have strong grounds to hold that the IGJ has not provided sufficient evidence of the legal plausibility of its claim, and therefore GC Dominio will appeal the injunction.
