The Company wishes to announce that it received notification on 4 October that Alastair Bruce, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 879.25 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Alastair Bruce and his connected persons holds a total of 10,000 shares, being 0.01% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
