Ian Davies to join the Board as independent Non-Executive Director
Harvey Nash, the global professional recruitment and IT outsourcing group, is pleased to announce that Ian Davies MBA FCA CF will be joining the Board as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee, with immediate effect.
Ian Davies is a former audit partner, and has publicly-listed Board experience. He is currently deputy chairman of BMT Group Limited, and a member of the Council at the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He was a director of Dawson Holdings plc until 17 February 2010.
