Holdings in Zoopla Property Group PLC
LSL Property Services plc ("LSL") announces that it has sold in aggregate 7,780,000 ordinary shares in Zoopla Property Group PLC ("Zoopla") at an average price of £3.20 between the period from 20th July 2016 to 16th September 2016.
Following the disposal, LSL holds 3,533,786 of Zoopla's ordinary shares, representing 0.8% of Zoopla's ordinary share capital.
The proceeds of the disposal will be used to reduce corporate indebtedness and for other general corporate purposes.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 10.4.1.
