The Board of Allied Gold announces that it was informed today that FMR LLC and FIL Limited, subsequent to the subscritpion of 2,878,885 ordinary shares in the Company, now hold the total voting rights attaching to 19,059,486 ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company representing 5.06% of the total voting rights in the Company.
