Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 15 June 2015 that, subject to completion of the Company's fundraisings as announced on 8 June 2015 and 11 June 2015 (the "Fundraisings"), Peter Lobbenberg's voting interests in the Company would represent less than 3% of the Company's issued share capital. Accordingly, following today's admission of a total of 2,305,000,000 ordinary shares to trading on AIM in connection with the Fundraisings, Peter Lobbenberg no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
