Oxford Instruments plc was notified on 14 June 2010 that Howson Tatersall Investment Counsel Limited on behalf of itself and Mackenzie Financial Corporation (which has an individual notification obligation) has an indirect interest in 1,466,397 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, which represents 2.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.
