("Bankers" or the "Company") announces that on January 6, 2012 it was notified that, as of December 31, 2011, following a disposal of 5,876,500 common shares in the Company Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. now holds 1,578,500 common shares in the Company, currently representing 0.64 per cent. of the common share capital of the Company and therefore no longer has a notifiable interest.
