Salt Lake Potash Limited (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 29 January 2018, via the filing of a Form 603 - Notice of initial substantial holder with the ASX, that on 25 January 2018, JP Morgan Chase & Co. and its affiliates' relevant interest in the Company increased from 8,701,991 ordinary shares of no par value ("Ordinary Shares") (4.98 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company) to 8,757,972 Ordinary Shares (approximately 5.00 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company).
