The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 2 June 2008 from BNP Paribas Arbitrage Snc ("BNP Paribas") under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR") of a disposal of voting rights on 29 May 2008 such that BNP Paribas no longer had a notifiable interest in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at that date. Prior to the disposal BNP Paribas had notified a direct interest in 9,729,323 (4.3%) Shares
