The resultant shareholding of 369,936 OrdinaryShares represents approximately 4.23 per cent, of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company. On the same date, Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited sold 250,000Ordinary Shares reducing their shareholding in the Company to 253,804 OrdinaryShares, representing approximately 2.9 per cent, of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company.
