Employee Benefit Trust Dealings
OpSec announces that it was notified on 4 July 2008, that on that day, the OpSec Security Group Employee Trust (the "Trust") purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 35 pence per Share. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 2,402,521 Shares representing 4.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
