Tricor plc ("the Company") was informed on 18 May 2010 that Germiston Investments Limited has disposed off a total of 68,900,000 ordinary shares in the Company between 29 April 10 and 17 May 2010 (summarised below). Following this disposal, Germiston Investments Limited is now interested in 72,333,333 ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.67% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
