Kryso Resources plc Notification of Change in Shareholding

Kryso Resources plc advises that it has been notified that following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 19 March 2010, Vertex Mining International (Cyprus) Ltd holds 2,665,909 ordinary shares in the Company (equal to approximately 1.66% of the Company's issued share capital).

Accordingly, Vertex Mining International (Cyprus) Ltd no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company's shares.
