The Company received on the 1st of July 2014 an email notification from Dovenby Capital Limited, stating that, following completion of the Company's recent placing made on the 27th of June 2014, Dovenby Capital Limited has an interest in 18,970,000 ordinary shares which represents 8.88% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 213,718,250 ordinary shares.
