Physiomics plc (AIM: PYC), the Oxford, UK based systems biology company, received notice that on 16 May 2014 Peter Hoskins beneficially acquired 6,800,000 ordinary shares in the Company; and accordingly now holds, through Barclays Nominees, 54,500,000 ordinary shares representing 3.17% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
