("Gable" or "the Company") Disclosure of Material Interest in shares Gable received notification on 10 September pursuant to the FSA Disclosure andTransparency Rules that, as a result of recent purchases, Helium SpecialSituations Fund is now interested in 16,105,000 ordinary shares of the Company,representing 14.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Gable confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, its issued sharecapital comprises 112,200,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each. All of theOrdinary Shares have equal voting rights, and none of the Ordinary Shares areheld in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore112,200,000.
