The Company has been informed that following the completion of the Capital Reorganisation announced on 26 November 2009, Guinness Peat Group plc and its subsidiary companies are now interested in 7,962,467 Ordinary Shares representing 6.42 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
