The Company has received notification that Mrs D Waldron has a beneficial interest in the Company of 300,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, representing approximately 6.4 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The company has also been informed that Mrs S E Stride no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
