EFG-Hermes Holdings SAE19 November 2007 Abraaj Capital Agrees to Sell 100% of Abraaj Egypt Ltd. and Abraaj SPV 26 Ltd. to Dubai Financial Group EFG-Hermes Holding Company has been informed that Abraaj Capital has agreed to atransaction with Dubai Financial Group (a subsidiary of the Dubai Group) wherebythe latter will acquire 100% of Abraaj Egypt Ltd. and Abraaj SPV 26 Ltd (theacquired companies collectively own 24.62% of EFG-Hermes Holding Company) for atotal consideration of approximately USD 1.1 billion.
