The Board of Allied Gold announces that it was informed today 2008 that the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and its subsidiaries (Commonwealth Bank) divested a further 533,960 shares in the Company.
The Commonwealth Bank now holds 20,504,232 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 4.98% of the total voting rights in the Company.
