TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification yesterday from Lloyds Banking Group plc ("Lloyds") under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of an acquisition of voting rights on 6 August 2010 such that Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Limited ("Scottish Widows") had at that date an interest in 21,113,343 (9.092%) ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares"). This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights reaching the 9% threshold from 20,678,390 Shares (8.907%) announced on 15 June 2010.

The interest is made up of a direct interest over 3,933,519 (1.694%) shares and an indirect interest over 17,179,824 (7.398%) Shares.
