Pendragon advises that, pursuant to the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it was notified on 24th January 2008 that following a transaction on 23rd January 2008 MF Global UK Limited has a notifiable interest in the voting rights over 19,771,499 ordinary shares of 5p, representing 3.01% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of Pendragon.
