Separately, the Company today received notification pursuant to sections 198-202of the Companies Act 1985 that on 2 February 2006 The Union Discount Company ofLondon Limited acquired 1,130,120 ordinary shares in the Company. Following thistransaction The Union Discount Company of London Limited now owns a total of1,990,120 ordinary shares, representing 9.89% of the Company's total issuedshare capital.
