On 5 August 2006, Coronation Capital Limited, sold 133,333 ordinary shares of 0.01p in the share capital of the Company (each an "Ordinary Share") at a price of 50p per share by means of a private sale. Coronation Capital Limited now holds 4,866,667 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 5.34% of the issued Ordinary Share capital). 2. On 18 August 2006 Minco Investment Limited sold 133,333 Ordinary Shares at a price of 50p per share and on 23 August 2006 2,433,333 Ordinary Shares at a price of 60p per share.
